1961 Willy's Wagon, Just rebuild 289, trany and transfer case, all work done by professional shops. Brand new leaf springs with 1" lift, front end rebuilt, new brakes and seals, new radiator with elec. fan, current registration, have original seats but has buckets in it for comfort. Drives nice. new shocks. I have receipts for all work and parts. When I installed the rebuilt tranny and the transfer case I could not locate the linkage piece that goes from the lever to the transfer case, I have it some where but not sure I will be able to locate it. $6500.00. Millville, California

So Oppo, NP or CP?

There's not much time left. You might be able to talk them down.

Even though it is CA, the price is not that bad for the mods done. I would offer $500 less and consider it a decent deal for a classic Willys. The stock one's generally have been beat to shit and will require the same amount of fixes. Or, they are stock models with ratios like 5.38-1 and the stock engine.

Yeah, the body shell looks pretty solid. And the 289 should be great for this. If I had some country property I'd buy it in a heart beat.
